Description
The IPPM Practitioner-level certifications require certain amounts of Practical experience in either the business-oriented or technical-oriented aspects of IPPM. This course builds on the competencies and general knowledge gained in the Foundation level by giving attendees practical knowledge and skills related to the application and analysis of basic concepts and practices.
Designed for Audience(s)
Engineers, business analysts, systems analysts and similar professionals with basic experience applying the concepts and principles of Integrated Program Management. This course is expands upon basic concepts and awareness knowledge gained at the Foundation Level so that the practitioner is able to effectively apply and analyze the methods.

Ability to apply and analyze processes and practices in the four core themes of integrated program performance management: (1) Structures, (2) Baseline Planning, (3) Measurement, and (4) Analysis
