Description
The workshop is introduced with a general overview of the benefits realization approach to set the context. This overview is followed by a focused, hands-on workshop using Amplify in an actual program business case validation setting. The hands-on workshop is designed for a small group - typically no more than five to ten key stakeholders - who have a good working knowledge of the objectives and design of the projects / programs represented by the business cases under study. The length and cost for the workshop depends on the number of business cases included in the validation. Typically up to three business cases can be validated using Amplify™ is this workshop setting.

Program managers, business stakeholders and support staff involved with development and validation of business cases and investment management activity.
Key Things You Will Learn
Deliverables of the exercise include the half-day portfolio value and benefits realization training, benefits visualization Value Chain for the programs assessed, and a report summarizing the validation results, key findings and related risks / concerns.
