Attendees wii gain an understanding of the practices used to update progress toward performance goals and objectives through measuring technical performance metrics and tangible outputs and products. Attendees will gain an understanding of the process of aggregating lower level measurement to understand the current status and trends toward achieving summary project, program and portfolio goals and objectives.
